The Tallinn Bowl
------------------
For this collection, each piece is named for a city where I've spent time -- in this case, Estonia's capital city.
- Handmade from a fallen plum tree
- Unique wood pattern
- 8 inches across, 3 inches deep
- Food-safe finish
-----------------
Shaped from salvaged plum, this large wooden bowl shows off the kind of natural beauty that only comes from real wood. This bowl features a unique grain pattern both inside and out.
What begins as a fallen tree goes through months of drying, curing, and shaping before becoming the finished bowl you see here. Each bowl is turned on the lathe, then sanded smooth and finished with a food-safe coating to protect and highlight the wood’s natural character.
At about 8 inches across and 3 inches tall, it’s the perfect size for everyday use. Great for serving salads, as an everyday fruit bowl, or even as a catch-all on your entry table. Whether in the kitchen or anywhere else in the home, it brings a touch of natural warmth to the space.
Each piece is unique, made from locally salvaged wood that’s been given new life through careful craftsmanship. A thoughtful, timeless piece that blends utility and artistry in one smooth curve.
